玉巻きサービスをご利用の場合は、発送までにプラス1日ほどお時間をいただいております。
海外発送の場合は、手続きの都合上、発送日が確定次第ご連絡いたします。

不良品（色味、色落ち、結び目など）以外の返品・交換は、原則としてお受けしておりません。
発送前に十分検品を行っておりますが、万が一不良品がございました場合は、商品到着後1週間以内にご連絡をお願いいたします。

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges except in the case of defective items (such as color variations, color bleeding, or knots).
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within one week of delivery.

・毛糸3かせまでは、宅急便コンパクト（送料500円）にて発送いたします。

・毛糸4かせ以上の場合は、クロネコヤマトまたは日本郵便（ゆうパック等）にて発送いたします。
　送料は全国一律800円です。

その他注意事項

以下の場合、3かせ以内であっても宅急便コンパクトをご利用いただけないことがあり、
その際は追加料金をお願いする場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

・ふんわりした質感で、1かせあたりのボリュームが大きい糸の場合
・玉巻きサービスをご利用いただき、1玉あたりのサイズが大きくなった場合
